It's never too late
Barely escaping Nazi Germany when she was 23 and arriving in America with $4 in her pocket, Frieda Lefeber went on to become a registered nurse. But her greatest accomplishments would come later. This Holocaust survivor published her autobiography at the age of 88 and after getting an art degree just 5 years earlier. She had her first art exhibition at 100.
"I paint nonstop. Actually, sometimes I lose track of time and just keep painting into the early morning...If you have too much time on your hands, you will wind up feeling sorry for yourself,"
Frieda Lefeber is an inspiration to those of us who feel like it’s too late to fulfill our dreams.
