We often search for ways to find happiness and it turns out that it’s right there in our own backyards.

In simple, natural, fragrant, bountiful flowers!

Flowers stimulate dopamine, oxytocin and serotonin, the brain’s happy chemicals. They are an easily accessible way to bring happiness into our lives.
