Urban treehouse
At 25 Via Gabriele Chiabrera in Turin Italy is an urban treehouse designed by architect, Luciano Pia. Thought of as a living forest, the steel structure houses 63 unique apartments with tree lined terraces and pools and lush gardens on the roof. The building has heating and cooling systems that make use of geothermal energy through heat pumps and the recycling of rainwater.
Imagine a whole city of these beautiful homes!
